Maybe the most famous of all time, Mario & Luigi. Whether you know them from Super Mario Kart or Super Mario Bros, this dynamic duo are two of the most well-known plumbers of all time. 

2. Michael Flatley

You might know Michael Flatley better as Lord of the Dance. Since the 1990s, Michael Flatley has been dancing his way into our homes and into our hearts, but before he was the Lord of the Dance, he was unofficially, Lord of the Drains. His father was a plumber and Michael followed in his footsteps for some time and ran his own plumbing business called Dynasty Plumbing. 

3. Ozzy Osbourne

Yes, you read that right. Before he made his place in the music world with hits like Crazy Train, Over the Mountain or Dreamer, he was turning wrenches and solving plumbing problems. He wasn’t so keen on school and dropped out at the age of 15 to work on construction sites and serve as a plumbing apprentice. 

4. Sir Michael Caine

You’ve seen him on your television screen in classic hits like The Dark Knight Rises, Interstellar, and Inception but Sir Michael Caine was not always the famous actor he is today. After serving in the Korean War, he worked as a plumber’s assistant for some time. 

5. Conor McGregor

If anyone could fight your pipes and win, it’d be Conor McGregor. One of the greatest fighters of our generation was once a plumber. Sources say that McGregor would work 12 hour days and then head to the gym to train— talk about dedication!
