By opting in to receive text messages from NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air (“NuBlue,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms.
Program description
The NuBlue SMS program provides appointment confirmations, technician dispatch and arrival updates, service follow-ups, estimate responses, membership and service reminders, and promotional offers to customers who have opted in.
How to opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from NuBlue by submitting your phone number through a form on our website, scheduling service through our online scheduler, providing your phone number to a NuBlue customer service representative, or by texting our number directly.
How to opt out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service appointments, and current promotions.
Costs
NuBlue does not charge for SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

Privacy
Your use of this program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to these terms
We may modify or cancel this SMS program at any time. We will notify subscribers of any material changes through the SMS program itself or by updating this page.
