Meet Tasha Swanson: NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air’s Lead Dispatcher

At NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air, it is our people who make us who we are. Without our team we would not be able to revolutionize the plumbing industry, we wouldn’t be there to put your mind at ease, and we couldn’t provide opportunities for the next generation of tradesmen— we simply could not do it. 

One person NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air relies on daily is Tasha Swanson. Tasha joined the NuBlue team in October of 2020 as a First Impressions Ambassador and shortly after was promoted to Dispatcher. 

Tasha is the voice of NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air. When clients call worried sick about their water heater leaking, about their toilet overflowing or the sewer leaking in their backyard, Tasha is the calm and collected voice on the other end of the phone. 

She listens to you, hears your needs and connects you with NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air’s expert team of plumbers to solve your problems. Tasha is the one who helps get our teams to you. 

During her time at NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air, she has learned a lot. “There are a lot of words and terminology I use daily that I never thought I would,” she laughingly said. With NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air’s rapid growth, she has been learning as she goes and encourages others to give it a try. 

“My advice to anyone looking to become a dispatcher is to give it a try. You talk to different people all day long and you learn a lot along the way.”

In addition to learning something new, one of Tasha’s favorite aspects of the job is the people she works alongside every day. 

“It’s like a little family,” she said. The team of dispatchers and first impression ambassadors that are working with you to solve your plumbing needs are like none other. Their compassion, efficiency and knowledge will put you at ease from your very first conversation. 

Tasha was a recipient of NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air’s 2021 Biggest Heart Award and it’s easy to see why. Her passion for helping others, her willingness to step up and her commitment to the team allows us to do what we do every day.
