Meet the Market Leader: Aaron Williams

NuBlue Plumbing and Air is excited to open a new location in Greenville, North Carolina on April 1, 2021. The Greenville location will be managed by NuBlue’s Neighborhood Market Leader, Aaron Williams. 

What is a neighborhood market leader? We’re glad you asked. 

The Market Leader position is for technicians who want to become more than just technicians. This position is meant to give techs the feeling of ownership without the headaches of finances, marketing, dispatching, accounting, etc. As a market leader, Aaron and others will use their license to open new branches under the NuBlue umbrella. Market Leads will receive 50% of the operating profits of their respective divisions, a lot like Chick-fil-A operators. 

Our vision is to take what CFA did in the food industry and translate that into the trades. By recruiting, mentoring and building top-quality market leads, we believe this concept will allow us to grow nationwide while creating a neighborhood feel for our business.

Aaron earned his licensure in the fall of 2020 and is excited to take NuBlue Plumbing to the town he was born and raised in— Greenville, North Carolina.

Not only will NuBlue Plumbing offer professional plumbing services like water line repairs, well pump services, gas line installs and others, but under Aaron’s leadership, NuBlue Plumbing will also be a place where young tradespeople can come to grow and learn the trade. 

“The great thing about this industry is the only way to grow it is by teaching people hands on—there’s no other way,” Aaron said. “You have to spend time with people to be able to do that. It’s not something you go to school and get a degree for, it’s something that has to be learned in the field.”

With the average plumber in his/her 50s-60s, there is a growing need for more skilled and trained plumbing professionals. Aaron is ready to step in and welcome these eager plumbers to the NuBlue family. 

“I want to grow young plumbers in Greenville and also grow the best plumbing service company in eastern North Carolina,” Aaron said. “I’m hoping that through this we can change the way that people look at tradespeople.”

As a Greenville native, graduate of D.H. Conley High School and proud member of this community, Aaron is excited to bring the name of NuBlue Plumbing to his hometown and help to further the next generation of plumbing.
