Taylor’s Tips for Home Buyers, Home Sellers, and Home Inspections
1st time home buyer? Selling your home? Or a Real Estate Professional? Why NuBlue?!
- We’re a one-stop-shop! Some of the most important components in a house are the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Being able to rely on one company to handle this trifecta can save you headaches and your valuable time!
- You will get your own personal account manager with Taylor. He has a passion for serving people, the real estate business, and the three trades.
- Timing is of the essence! NuBlue prides itself on offering same-day or next-day services. We take into consideration that you are in a due diligence period when you call NuBlue for an estimate. The quicker we can resolve an issue, the better a real estate transaction can go.
What does NuBlue do when it comes to inspection reports?
- Taylor and his team will carefully read over the concerns that are highlighted in the inspection report. An estimate can typically be drafted with this information.
- In the case that we will need more information, an appointment will be scheduled to meet a realtor or the homeowner at the location where there is a cause of concern.
- Our estimates will be on a letterhead and can be used for negotiations or as you see fit.
Is NuBlue just an electrical, plumbing, and HVAC service company? No!
- The electrical team also installs and services Generac generators and EV chargers
- Our plumbing team can perform backflow inspections, install most septic systems, service and install well pumps, water filters and perform camera inspections on drain lines.
- The air you breathe is extremely important, that’s why our HVAC team can install air purification equipment and clean ductwork.
How much should I expect to pay for your services during a real estate transaction?
- A full onsite inspection starts at $199. This is for one trade (Typically HVAC).
- Virtual home inspection report estimates are FREE! (Typically Plumbing and Electric)
- Sewer Line camera inspection starts at $250.
